 make a secure on-line donation.

Mothers Day "In Honor" donations: go directly to bottom of

 page, enter $ amount, click on button.

1.  Please enter the dollar amount of the contribution you wish to make,

     in the space at the bottom of this page. (Minimum amount that can be processed is $5.00)

     Please enter the full amount, in dollars and cents. For example: $100.00

2.  Then click on "Continue to secure payment form" button.  You will

     then be asked, on a secure, encrypted page, for your credit card

     information, your name & address, etc.   Please include all information.

     You may use either VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

       NOTE: l On the "Secure Payment Form," please ignore the reference to "Your Order."

                           In  order to assure the highest level of security, this on-line donation process

                           uses a provider whose primary clients are commercial businesses.

                  l On the "Secure Payment Form," those sections preceded by a

                           yellow asterisk (*) are required, but if you enter your email address, you will

                           immediately receive an email confirmation & receipt. 

3.  You will then see, on-screen, a confirmation of the data, which you may wish

     to print for your records; later, you will receive a receipt in the mail.
