Thank you for your kindness in making a donation to honor an individual or the memory of one gone.  Your donation is a lasting tribute.  

Your donation (but not the amount) will be acknowledged to the individual or bereaved family, per the information you provide. You will also then receive a duplicate copy of that acknowledgment card and a receipt for your tax-deductible donation.         

You can make a Memorial or In Honor donation on-line using your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card.  (You can also mail it; see bottom of page.) There are two steps in the process:
